The Keysight 11970U waveguide mixer is a general-purpose harmonic mixer employing a dual-diode design to achieve flat frequency response and low conversion loss. These are achieved without external dc bias or tuning stubs. Manual operation and computer-controlled hardware operation are simplified because mixer bias and tuning adjustment are not required.

The 11970U extends the frequency range of the Keysight N9030A PXA high-performance signal analyzer to the U-band (40 to 60 GHz). It is also fully compatible with other Keysight spectrum analyzers including: the E4440A/46A/48A PSA (with Option AYZ), the E4407B ESA-E (with Option AYZ), the 856xEC, the 8566B (with a preamplifier), and the 7000 modular analyzer (with the 70907A/B external mixer interface module).

An external diplexer is required to connect the 11970U with the N9030A PXA (with Option EXM). The recommended diplexer can be purchased from Keysight as model number N9029AE13 or from OML, Inc as model number DPL.313B.

The 8565EC portable, color display millimeter wave spectrum analyzer offers the measurement capability and performance previously found in larger, more expensive benchtop analyzers. You can measure signals from 30 Hz to 50 GHz (preselected above 2.75 GHz) with a single coaxial connection.

The 8565EC combines outstanding phase noise, sensitivity, 1 Hz resolution bandwidths, synthesized tuning and wide dynamic range in a package built to withstand environmental conditions. It offers a complete solution for adjacent-channel power (ACP) testing of burst carrier signals using digital modulation, and the ability to measure occupied bandwidth percentage.

The E5052B 10 MHz to 7 GHz Signal Source Analyzer features a number of enhanced performance characteristics, partially shown in the key features above. And it offers world's highest measurement throughput and best usability in characterizing VCO or other types of high frequency signal sources, as well as clock jitter evaluation in high-speed data communication systems.

E5052B's frequency range can be extended up to 26.5 GHz with the E5053A, and up to 110 GHz with the E5053A plus Keysight 11970 series mixers.

The E5052B SSA is suitable for use in a wide range of applications including RF/uW/mmW oscillators, VCO's, system reference clocks, LAN modules, high-speed timing modules, SerDes chips, and high-speed data converters (ADC/DAC).

M9260A is significantly different from the traditional general purpose PXI digitizer modules which are being used for today’s audio measurement. In order to achieve fast test speed and high performance it comes with large one million sample arbitrary waveform buffer and one million sample “limitless” input buffer, as well as super-linear/low noise amplifiers and digital to analog converters. This enables M9260A’s ultra-low residual distortion and high amplitude accuracy.
